Nike Killshot 2

There has been a lot of talk on the internet today about the infamous J.Crew collaboration Nike Killshot 2. Nike Killshot 2

The Nike Killshot 2 originally dropped in 2014 and instantly broke on to the scene as the perfect outfit sneaker. The white leather/suede combo paired with a gum sole provided brilliant contrast and also timeless simplicity. As soon as they were stocked many stores were sold out and after one final release around March,  J.Crew announced the Killshots were to be retired. This came as horrible news to the many that had recently fallen in love but weren’t able to grab a pair. I personally love the shoe and you can see them on my feet in this pic, so I can personally vouch for them.

Today September 14th, the powerhouse mens site Primer Magazine released an article stating they had “confirmed” the re-release of the Killshot 2 by J.Crew. The problem with their article is that it was published under the miscommunication of a sales associate. While some stores still had a miscellaneous pair here and there from returns or left over inventory, there was no TRUE RESTOCK. There are reports of people calling over 30 stores in an attempt to track down a pair of the shoes, and J.Crew released a statement in regards to the social stir that this article has caused.

Unfortunately that shoe has been discontinued by Nike. Believe us – if we were ever able to bring them back we definitely would!

So before you get your hopes built too high and turn your anger on J.Crew, understand that Nike seems to have made the ultimate decision.
