Tanger Outlets in Mebane, NC granted me the great privilege of shopping with them for the Tanger Style Spring VIP Preview. As I headed into the shopping adventure I knew that I wanted to find spring pieces that would be transitional, simple and not trendy.
I wanted to add those core basics to my wardrobe that were overdue for replacement. The mentality was simplicity over trend and inherent versatility.
Tanger Outlet Shopping Tips:
- Outlets are filled with deals make sure you take advantage of them
- Clearance is just as important in outlets as it is a traditional retail setting
- Don’t be afraid to ask if the item is on sale (I was told after asking in GAP that the whole store was an EXTRA percentage off for friends and family discount)
- Try before you buy!
- Recognize when quality will affect the longevity of a garment before buying
- Use coupons!! (Tanger has some great ones!)
- Stop by the shopper services and see what they know about the sales! Knowledge is power!
- Don’t be afraid to put the item down and price check elsewhere before buying!
